This Week’s Theme: Nature 🌱

Exercising in the great outdoors brings many benefits – including variation, sunshine, stress-release and boosting the immune system.

It also opens up a world of visual stimulation – including different landscapes and terrains, encounters with wildlife and fun new obstacles.

As a result, your body and mind are constantly engaged, making this an excellent form of exercise both physically and mentally. Running in nature is not only about clocking up miles, but also immersing yourself in the beauty and serenity of a season.
