I’m all for nature's soundtrack but music is a wonderful motivator.

A banging playlist can add a skip to your step, take you back to a place or propel you forward. It can help you to dig a little deeper or be a portal to more play on your runs.

For me, the right album helps me to find my flow and switch off on a run. The physical effort becomes almost effortless. Time loosens its grip. Routes more joyful. Pure escapism.
